Thorough Evaluations and Assessments

Customized Treatment Plans

Case Management
During treatment, you will work with a case manager who can assist you with a wide range of situations such as: Developing your case plan, determining benefits eligibility, resolving legal and social issues, and matching you with community services. In doing so, we hope to provide you with the necessary support and resources to aid in your recovery journey.
Dual Diagnosis Treatment
We recognize that many individuals struggling with addiction also have co-occurring mental health disorders. Our team is trained to address dual diagnosis cases, providing comprehensive treatment for both conditions simultaneously. By addressing the underlying mental health issues, we aim to prevent future relapse and promote a healthier mindset.
Medication-Assisted Treatment
For guests who may benefit from medication-assisted treatment (MAT), our medical staff closely monitors and adjusts medications like suboxone as needed to alleviate cravings and withdrawal symptoms while promoting long-term sobriety. MAT has been shown to be highly effective in combination with therapy and other forms of treatment.
Evidence-based Therapies

Recovery Support Groups

Our team can also assist you in finding local support groups or online communities after treatment as well.
Aftercare Planning
Recovery doesn’t end when a guest completes their stay at our facility. We work closely with each individual to create an aftercare plan that will support their continued sobriety. This may include referrals to support groups, ongoing therapy, or sober living. We believe in setting our guests up for success even after they leave our program.
