Questions You May Have

We get so many questions, and are always happy to answer them. Below we’ve compiled some frequently asked questions or FAQs and their answers, for your convenience:

Great question! We are a multi-accredited, full-service drug and alcohol detox and treatment facility network. We are the best network of facilities, because we truly care about our guests and put their safety and success above all things. We commit to treating substance use disorders in the safest, most effective way, from detox to outpatient. We do this by always putting the guest first and by hiring only the most qualified staff, maintaining top-notch facilities, and providing world-class holistic treatment. Most of our staff members are in recovery themselves, making them a valuable resource of first-hand experience, strength and hope for our guests. Many members of our staff are able to address any questions and concerns you may have based on their own personal experiences. Our locations are also unrivaled in beauty and resources.

We give every guest 70 dollars in gift cards for groceries and food.

Guests can have and use their cell phones during nine-week outpatient, but may not use them during group due to HIPAA privacy concerns.

Having a support system is extremely powerful during recovery! With permission, guests can invite visitors. There are restrictions on how long a visit can be and who the people visiting are.

Guests can come and go as they please, so long as they attend required groups and meetings and return by curfew.

The first phase of nine-week consists of three weeks of PHP, during which guests attend group five hours per day, six days per week. Guests attend group three hours per day, five days per week for the first three weeks of IOP. Group is knocked down to three hours per day, three days per week for the second three weeks of IOP/last phase of nine-week.

Group is co-ed, but Royal Life Housing is not.
